At a company-wide offsite event at the Iowa State Fair, MGP promoted Ryan Brennan to Vice President and Jared Larson to Associate.
Ryan joined MGP in 2024, he is a native of Iowa City, Iowa and a graduate of the University of Iowa. Outside of the office, Ryan is actively involved in a local breakfast club within the broader Des Moines community.
Jared joined MGP in 2023. He is a CFA® Charterholder, a native of Armstrong, Iowa, and a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. Jared is active as a volunteer in Junior Achievement of Central Iowa and a member of the CFA Society.
Both Ryan and Jared have taken increasingly more responsibilities in deal identification and execution, portfolio company oversight, and general MGP business during their time with MGP. They have consistently exhibited the values and culture that MGP prides itself on and their continued progression is a testament to their hard work.
