As a lower middle market fund, we make individual equity and debt investments up to $30,000,000 with an EBITDA between $0 and $12,000,000, depending on the structure of the transaction and nature of the investment. Midwest Growth Partners also seeks to co-invest on larger opportunities. Investments could represent an outright acquisition, majority growth capital, minority growth capital, partial or full management team buyouts or an internal recapitalization.
